Op het domein zijn 2 oude pavilioenen nog steeds in gebruik wegens plaatsgebrek. Afbraak en nieuwbouw is de enige goede oplossing. In de nieuwbouw (± 850m²) worden zowel klassen als de administratie voor het CLB voorzien.
