Important points of focus in this regard are the recent developments in the local area: the building of a new school/multipurpose hall, and the master-plan for the site of the sugar factory and the sports site. What is in fact desired is a SWOT analysis of the borough, including concrete phased policy recommendations for the future.

Once the master-plan has been handed over, the principal may decide to award part or all of the assignments for its execution to the design team, but is not obliged to do so.
